About Garance

Hi, I’m Garance

I’m an HCPC Registered Physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor, with a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic health and movement. Originally from France, I completed my Physiotherapy degree in Spain before moving to the UK.

My clinical experience includes musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, women’s health, postnatal pain, scar management and movement-based rehab. I now bring that experience together through Coastly Women’s Physiotherapy.

As a mum myself, I understand pregnancy and postnatal recovery not just clinically, but personally. I know how important it is to feel listened to, supported and comfortable asking questions about your body, especially when something feels private or difficult to talk about.

I combine physiotherapy, movement, Pilates-informed rehab and strength work to create treatment plans that are practical, realistic and tailored to you. My aim is to help women understand their bodies, build confidence and feel more supported through recovery.
