I’m Garance.
Physiotherapist, Pilates instructor and mum.

I’m an HCPC Registered Physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health. Originally from France, I completed my Physiotherapy degree in Spain before moving to the UK.
As a mum myself, I understand pregnancy and postnatal recovery both clinically and personally. I know how important it is to feel listened to, supported and comfortable asking questions about your body.
I combine physiotherapy, movement, Pilates-informed rehab and strength work to create treatment plans that are practical, realistic and built around real life.
Je serai ravie de vous accueillir en français.

Frequently asked
questions.

What should I book if I’m not sure where to start?
The best place to start is an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment. It gives us time to talk through what is going on, understand your symptoms and goals, and make a clear plan from there.
Can I book if I’m pregnant or recently had a baby?
Absolutely. Pregnancy and postnatal support are a big part of Coastly. You can book for pelvic girdle pain, back or hip pain, C-section recovery, scar discomfort, pelvic floor symptoms, core weakness, or help returning to exercise.
Is this only for postnatal women?
Not at all. Coastly supports women at different stages of life, not just after birth. You can book for pelvic health symptoms, back or pelvic pain, scar recovery, movement rehab, strength work, massage and soft tissue therapy.
Will I need an internal pelvic floor assessment?
Not necessarily. If an internal assessment may be helpful, this will be discussed with you and only carried out with your consent. Many concerns can also be assessed and treated through discussion, movement assessment, breathing, strength work, pelvic health advice and rehabilitation planning.
How many appointments will I need?
It really depends on what you need help with. Some women only need one appointment for reassurance and a clear plan. Others benefit from follow-ups for treatment, rehab, strength work or ongoing support. There is no pressure to book more than you need.
