3.1 We are not a GP, doctor, midwife, obstetrician, physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor, or other regulated medical professional.

3.2 We do not provide services that require statutory clinical regulation, and our services should not be understood as regulated clinical care.

3.3 The following are explicitly outside the scope of our services:

  • ordering or clinically interpreting diagnostic imaging (e.g., MRI, X-ray, ultrasound); and
  • issuing medical certificates, fit notes, or regulated clinical reports.

3.4 Your legal relationship with us. Booking or attending a Session creates a consumer service relationship with us (not a doctor–patient relationship). We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, and you continue to remain responsible for seeking regulated medical advice where appropriate.
