About

A calm, supportive women’s health practice.

I’m Garance — a Women’s Health Practitioner and certified Pilates instructor, here to help you move with confidence.

My approach blends clinical assessment with movement-based rehabilitation, so you leave with a clear plan you can follow in everyday life.

The Founder

Hi, I’m Garance

I am a Women’s Health Practitioner and certified Pilates instructor with a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. Originally from France, I completed my Physiotherapy degree in Spain before moving to the UK in 2025 to be with my husband and growing family.

My clinical experience spans musculoskeletal injuries, neurological care, women’s health, and scar rehabilitation, with a particular passion for supporting postnatal pain, post–breast cancer recovery, scar management, and other conditions that can significantly impact a woman’s quality of life.

As a new mum myself, I understand the journey of pregnancy and postpartum recovery not only from a clinical perspective, but also through lived experience. I know how important it is to feel heard, supported, and safe during such a transformative time. I am committed to creating a welcoming, open, and non-judgemental space where women feel empowered to seek help — even for topics often considered taboo.

By combining my clinical background with my love for Pilates, I create rehabilitation and movement programmes that are effective, enjoyable, and realistic for everyday life. My aim is to help women from all walks of life better understand their bodies, reconnect with movement, and gain the confidence and knowledge to care for their health long-term.
