Do I need an internal examination?
No, this practice is entirely non-invasive and focuses on how you move and breathe to support your pelvic floor. We achieve great results by looking at the whole body without the need for internal checks.
Is this only for new mums?
No, while many mums find this support helpful, pelvic health is important for women at every life stage. Whether you are navigating menopause or just want more confidence, this session is for you.
Can I bring my baby to the appointment?
Absolutely, this is a baby-friendly home practice where you and your little one are always welcome. I aim to make your session as relaxed and supportive as possible.
How soon will I see an improvement?
Everyone's journey is different, but most women feel more confident and aware of their body after 3-6 sessions, especially if doing exercises at home in addition.
What should I wear for the session?
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings or joggers. We will be doing some gentle movement assessments, so being able to stretch is key.
